Job Overview /n Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Manager for Hyderabad, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the region. - Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma's footprint across Hyderabad.

- Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region.

/n

- Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

/n /n P&L; Management: /n /n

- Own the P&L; for Hyderabad operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units.

/n

- Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service.

/n

- Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

/n /n Operations Management: /n /n

- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for Hyderabad.

/n

- Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities.

/n

- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region.

/n /n Team Leadership: /n /n

- Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support.

/n

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

/n

- Set regional goals and align them with the overarching organizational vision.

/n /n Market Analysis s Expansion: /n /n





- Conduct thorough regional market research to understand customer preferences, competitor moves, and industry shifts.

/n

- Develop strategies for geographic and product/service expansion across emerging Hyderabadn markets.

/n

- Collaborate closely with the central team to align city-level execution with overall strategic priorities.

/n /n Stakeholder Management: /n /n

- Work with internal functions (marketing, product, finance, supply chain, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.

/n

- Represent Yuma with government agencies, industry forums, and ecosystem partners across Hyderabad.

/n

- Build and nurture strategic local and regional partnerships.

/n /n Key Requirements /n /n

- Experience: 4+ years in business operations, city/regional leadership, or PCL ownership roles; prior exposure to mobility, energy, logistics, or gig-economy sectors strongly preferred.

/n

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Strong strategic and execution capabilities.

/n

- Exceptional leadership C multi-team management skills.

/n

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, action, and growth.
