Role & responsibilities
- Build and sustain a base of ~150 active Sales Consultants.
- Drive freelancer sales performance for Kolkata geography.
- Execute offline onboarding playbooks, for each persona
- Experiment, and recommend recent personas to recruit (as SCs) – which can be replicated nationally
- Conduct college events & campus presentations to reach out to the student fraternity, and encourage them to get onboarded as SCs
- Tie up with local associations of technicians, designers, architects
- Organize local meets in order to reach out to targeted personas
- Encourage onboarded SCs to refer their friends/ colleagues
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates only from Insurance agency channel background.
- Agency channel management, team handling experience is a must.
- Bancassurance experienced candidates will not be considered.
