Civil Site Supervisor / Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, execution, billing, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality work execution, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily construction site activities. Execute civil works as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors. Monitor labor productivity and material consumption.

Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site. Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation. Check measurements and assist in billing work. Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Maintain records of materials, work progress,



and manpower.

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Ability to read drawings and BOQ. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Experience in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works. Robust communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and team management abilities.
