Job Title: Female Chief Warden – Residential Services /n Department: Residential Services /n Location: Chitkara University (Punjab Campus) /n /n Job Summary: /n The Chief Warden will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and discipline of student residential facilities. The role involves ensuring a safe, secure, and student-friendly living environment while maintaining university policies and standards. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Oversee the functioning of all hostels and residential facilities on campus

/n

- Ensure safety, security, and discipline among residents

/n

- Supervise wardens, caretakers, and hostel support staff

/n

- Handle student grievances and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner

/n

- Implement and enforce hostel rules, policies, and code of conduct

/n

- Coordinate with administration, security, and medical teams for emergency situations

/n

- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance,



and quality of hostel facilities

/n

- Conduct regular inspections of hostels and dining areas

/n

- Manage room allotments, occupancy records, and related documentation

/n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- Master’s Degree in any discipline (Ph.D. preferred)

/n

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hostel administration/student affairs/residential services
