Under it's umbrella it has one 100 beded hospital running in full swing 'Vivacity multispeciality hospitals' and numerous clinic and hospitals are in pipeline.

Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will provide strategic and operational leadership for all technology initiatives at Nephrocare India, ensuring that digital solutions effectively support clinical care, diagnostics, patient experience, and business operations. This full-time, in office role in Kolkata involves overseeing software and product development, defining and implementing IT strategy, and guiding technology architecture to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

The CTO will manage technology projects end-to-end, collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and ensure robust,



secure, and scalable systems for electronic health records, diagnostic platforms, and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring technology teams, evaluating and integrating new technologies, managing vendor relationships, optimizing infrastructure and cybersecurity, and driving continuous improvement in digital workflows and data management.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering healthcare or enterprise-grade applications.
- Demonstrated skills in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and interoperable systems.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, overseeing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Extensive leadership experience in a senior technology role, preferably as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar, in healthcare or related sectors.
- Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, health care software, Zoho, Tally, software migration, software integration, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., medical data security and local regulatory requirements).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical, operational, and executive teams, and to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, data analytics, and integration of diagnostic or medical devices is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
