We are looking for an experienced CFO with a strong CA and Finance & Accounts background to lead financial operations and manage the company's IPO preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s IPO preparation and execution process.
- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and IPO Consultants.
- Oversee Finance & Accounts, taxation, audits, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Manage financial due diligence and IPO-related documentation.
- Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and corporate governance.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the management and Board.
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
Required Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.
- Preferred Qualifications • Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.
- Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
- Experience in a corporate or quick-growing organization.
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule to support global business operations.
- Ability to accommodate meetings outside standard business hours based on international client and partner requirements.
- Comfortable working across multiple global time zones while maintaining high responsiveness and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as business needs require.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
