About the Role

Glow Aligners is looking for an experienced and responsible Chief Dentist to lead our dental clinic and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day dental operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Perform general dental procedures and ensure quality patient care.
- Handle aligner/orthodontic consultations and treatment planning.
- Review patient cases and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Supervise and guide junior dentists, interns, and dental staff.
- Maintain proper clinical records and patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with dental hygiene, safety, and clinical standards.
- Coordinate with the clinic management regarding daily operations.
- Build positive relationships with patients and address their concerns professionally.




- Support the growth and development of the clinic's dental services.

Requirements
- BDS/MDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / State Dental Council.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience in general dentistry and patient management.
- Knowledge or experience in aligners/orthodontics will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities effectively.
