Job Summary

We are looking for a Chemical Surveyor / QA-QC Executive to support chemical management and quality control activities at an Oil & Gas field location in Barmer, Rajasthan.

The role involves chemical weighment verification, QA/QC sampling, chemical receipt and distribution, inventory verification, consumption monitoring, GRN support and monthly reconciliation of CMS chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and certify weighments at the Cairn weighbridge for all CMS chemicals received.
- Witness 100% QA/QC sampling of chemicals received.
- Perform and certify sealing and re-sealing of chemical containers during receipt and distribution across the field.
- Verify and certify final calculated quantities for GRN preparation.
- Prepare and circulate daily chemical consumption reports along with variance details.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification/inventory checks of CMS chemicals.
- Prepare and certify monthly chemical consumption and reconciliation reports.
- Monitor chemical receipts, issues, consumption and stock balances.
- Identify and report consumption variances/discrepancies.




- Prepare and certify relevant checklists, inspection records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams and concerned personnel for accurate chemical accounting and documentation.
- Ensure proper records are maintained for chemical receipt, sampling, distribution, consumption and reconciliation.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of chemical handling and chemical inventory management.
- Experience in weighment verification / weighbridge operations.
- Knowledge of QA/QC sampling procedures.
- Experience in chemical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GRN and material receipt documentation.
- Ability to prepare daily consumption and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quantity/stock variances.
- Candidates with Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
