About Toss Ka Dabba

Toss Ka Dabba provides fresh, healthy and home-cooked meals through regular meal subscriptions.

We are looking for a Head Chef who can take responsibility for our kitchen and make sure every meal is tasty, fresh, hygienic and properly packed.

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare daily meals as per the planned menu.
- Have good knowledge of Odia and Indian home-style cooking.
- Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
- Prepare healthy and high-protein meals as per our Protein Plus menu.
- Maintain the same taste and quality every day.
- Check the quantity and portion of food before packing.
- Make sure the correct food is packed for each meal and customer.
- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, fish, chicken and other ingredients.
- Manage and guide the kitchen helper.
- As the business grows, manage additional helpers and divide their work properly.
- Help reduce food wastage.
- Give suggestions for current dishes and menu improvements.





Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of cooking experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Odia cuisine and Indian food.
- Must be comfortable cooking vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
- Experience in bulk cooking, tiffin, catering, cloud kitchen or similar work will be an advantage.
- Should understand basic food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Should be responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Should be able to manage a small kitchen team.
- Most importantly, the person should have passion for good food and attention to quality.

Salary: ₹_18000/- onwards + Performance Bonus_ per month, depending on experience.
