Role: Chat Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Sales Incentives

About the Role

LuxuryKase is looking for a sales-focused Chat Sales Executive who can engage with customers on WhatsApp, website chat, and other online channels, understand their requirements, assist them in choosing the right product, and convert enquiries into sales.

The role is not limited to customer support — your primary responsibility will be generating revenue and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
- Call customers when required to assist with conversion or close a sale.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but haven't purchased.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Handle objections and build customer confidence.
- Provide a premium customer experience.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets.





Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the fixed salary.

The more sales and revenue you generate, the more you earn.

Requirements

- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident in chatting and speaking with customers.
- Persuasive and sales-oriented personality.
- Comfortable making calls when required.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- E-commerce, sales, telesales, or customer-support experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a solid sales mindset can also apply.
