Qualified Chartered Accountant for Transaction Advisory & Consulting Division at Kolkata

Relevant work experience in a CA firm/professional services firm will be preferred. Fresher CAs with adequate articleship exposure are also welcome.

Role & responsibilities The selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to:

Transaction Advisory Services

Audit & Assurance

Due Diligence (Financial and Business)

Business and Equity Valuations

Financial Analysis and Modelling

MIS and Management Reporting

Financial and Business Advisory

Review and analysis of financial statements and business performance

Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities

Preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables

- Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Strong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing, and financial analysis

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Basic softwares and Tech tools including AI platforms

Good communication and report-writing skills

Ability to independently handle assignments and work in a dynamic professional setting





- Willingness to learn and work across multiple domains and industries
