CA Role in a Stock Market / Broking Company

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Stock Broking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Handle audits, tax audits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare cash flow, working capital, CMA and projected financials.
- Monitor accounts, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, exchanges and regulatory authorities.
- Handle exchange/regulatory queries related to finance and accounts.
- Knowledge of stock market/broking operations, SEBI and exchange regulations preferred.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting and business analysis.

Experience: 3–8 years

Qualification: CA Qualified

Preferred: Experience in stock broking, NBFC, financial services or listed companies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
