Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients on direct taxes, indirect taxes, FEMA regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and provide timely updates on financial performance.
- Provide support on various projects related to finance and accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust knowledge of Company Law, FEMA regulations, Auditing standards (AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Direct Tax Laws & Indirect Tax Laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for preparation of financial statements.
