JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's overall finance, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting activities.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, managing GST and Income Tax compliances, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely statutory filings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and financial discipline.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

2. GST & TAXATION

- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and statutory GST compliance.
- Review GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and other GST reports.
- Identify and resolve GST mismatches and compliance issues.
- Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related tax compliances.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
- Assist in tax planning and tax-related assessments or notices, when required.

3. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS & REPORTING

- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet and supporting schedules.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Prepare financial MIS and management reports as required.

4. BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS

- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
- Review ledger, journal, purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting transactions.
- Review accounting practices and identify areas for improvement.

5. PF & ESI COMPLIANCE

- Monitor PF and ESI calculations and statutory payments.




- Ensure timely filing of PF/ESI returns and related statutory compliances.
- Verify employee statutory deductions and payroll-related accounting.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll and employee statutory compliance.

6. AUDIT & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors, and other professionals.
- Provide required documents, schedules, and financial information for audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Handle audit queries and support timely closure of audit requirements.
- Maintain proper records for audit and regulatory purposes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, PF & ESI.
- Good knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and financial reporting.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage statutory compliances and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and external professionals.

QUALIFICATION

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified CA preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in finance, taxation, audit, accounting, and statutory compliance will be preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with 3–8 years of relevant experience, robust technical knowledge in taxation and accounting, and the ability to independently manage finance and statutory compliance functions. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
