? We’re Hiring | Channel Sales Manager – MAAR & FISO

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to lead business growth, productivity, and retail excellence across our MAAR & FISO network.

The role will lead a team of 4 Sales Trainers and will be responsible for driving business performance, channel development, team capability, partner engagement, and operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly, quarterly & annual MAAR & FISO business targets
- Lead, coach & develop 4 Sales Trainers with explicit KRAs & KPIs
- Drive LFL growth, productivity, premiumization, ASP & conversion
- Increase the number of stores achieving >100% of target
- Drive inventory health, stock availability & ageing management
- Own retail training, certification & capability development
- Ensure adherence to Apple retail standards, DCOTA guidelines & company policies
- Drive promoter productivity and deployment effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with MAAR & FISO channel partners
- Establish robust Daily, Weekly & Monthly performance governance
- Present business performance, opportunities,



risks & action plans to senior leadership
