Role & responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.

- Increase market penetration by developing new business opportunities and expanding the dealer network.

- Build strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

- Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and sales performance across the assigned territory.

- Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, sales promotions, and channel partner training programs. Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining healthy channel relationships.





- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, territory performance reports, and market feedback for management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards
