Venus Remedies Limited is looking for experienced Chartered Accountants to join our team for the following roles: /n /n In-charge – Investigation Cell /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Lead investigations into fraud, financial irregularities, misconduct and policy violations /n • Plan investigation scope, methodology and timelines and ensure evidence-based findings /n • Collect and analyse financial, operational and digital evidence and conduct interviews /n • Prepare detailed investigation reports covering root-cause analysis, financial impact and control failures /n • Recommend corrective, preventive and disciplinary actions based on investigation findings /n • Identify systemic control gaps and support fraud risk assessment and prevention /n • Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity and proper documentation throughout investigations /n /n Eligibility: CA with 3–6 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Forensic Audit or Investigation. Robust knowledge of fraud detection, forensic techniques, internal controls and risk management. /n /n In-charge – Asset Management Cell /n /n Key Responsibilities:



/n • Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of Fixed Assets across locations /n • Monitor asset capitalisation, transfers, disposals, depreciation and utilisation /n • Review Debtors & Creditors ageing, outstanding balances and payment cycles /n • Oversee inventory verification and reconciliation, identifying slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete stock /n • Ensure reconciliation of FAR vs GL, Inventory vs Books, and Debtors/Creditors sub-ledgers vs GL /n • Prepare MIS on asset utilisation, working capital, inventory, debtors and creditors /n • Identify control gaps, discrepancies and unusual trends and recommend corrective actions and process improvements /n • Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and investigations while assisting management in working capital optimisation /n /n Eligibility: CA with 3-6 years’ experience in Asset Management and Working Capital Management.
