Centre Head / Centre Manager – Vocational Training Institute

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Centre Head / Centre Manager to lead our vocational training institute offering programs in Medical Coding, Hospital Administration, Logistics, HR Management, Accounting, AI Integrated Courses, Digital Marketing, German Language Training, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall centre operations and administration.
- Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the counselling and administrative team.
- Conduct student counselling and support admission conversions.
- Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate academic delivery, training quality, and student progress.
- Build industry partnerships for internships and placements.
- Monitor fee collection, budgets, and centre performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory); MBA/PGDM preferred.




- 3–8 years of experience in Education, Training, Sales, Operations, or Centre Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, counselling, and business development skills.
- Target-driven with excellent team management abilities.

Preferred Background Educational Institutions, Training Institutes, Skill Development Centres, EdTech, Healthcare Training, Recruitment/HR, Sales & Business Development.
