The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven CEO to lead the next phase of growth, with a strong focus on domestic & international business, exports, trading, sales and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall business growth, strategy & P&L;
- Expand domestic & international sales
- Build and strengthen global distributor & customer networks
- Lead export market development & new market entry
- Develop and scale the Engine Spare Parts Trading Business
- Drive strategic procurement, sourcing & supplier development
- Expand product portfolio and identify new business opportunities
- Improve margins, working capital & operational efficiency
- Build a high-performance sales & commercial leadership team
- Strengthen the ARROW brand globally

Key Skills & Experience





- 15 years of senior leadership experience in Engine Spare Parts / Automotive Aftermarket / Auto Components
- Strong understanding of Engine Spare Parts Trading
- Proven track record in Business Development & Sales
- Strong Export & International Market experience
- Expertise in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
- Experience managing P&L;, margins & working capital
- Robust Distributor / Channel Management skills
- Excellent industry network across India and/or international markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial & execution capabilities
