Role Description The Centre Head Ayurvedic Doctor will lead the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of the center in Noida. This full-time, on-site role includes conducting patient consultations, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing appropriate Ayurvedic treatments and herbal medicines for sexual and related health concerns. The role involves overseeing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

The Centre

Head will supervise staff, coordinate with management on service quality and center performance, and support patient education initiatives on Ayurvedic health and wellness.



The position also includes ensuring a respectful, confidential, and inclusive workplace for all patients.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS or equivalent) and valid registration/license to practice as an Ayurvedic doctor.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbal formulations, and treatments, particularly in sexual health and related conditions.
- Experience in clinical practice, including patient examination, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
- Ability to manage center operations, supervise staff, and coordinate daily workflows to ensure productive service delivery.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics respectfully and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Comfort working with diverse adult patients and commitment to non-discriminatory, gender-neutral, and inclusive care.
- Basic proficiency in using medical record systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in running or heading an Ayurvedic clinic or center is preferred.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Noida and collaborate closely with company leadership on quality standards and growth.
