We are looking for a Centre Manager (Branch Manager) to manage the day-to-day operations of our Alappuzha centre. The candidate should be confident in team management, patient interaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the centre.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, leave and employee performance.
- Interact with patients and understand their requirements.
- Support and drive consultation and treatment conversions.
- Follow up with patients and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and the centre team
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Report centre performance and important issues to management.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 2–4 years of experience in team handling, sales, customer relationship or centre operations.
- Experience in sales conversion and customer handling is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, clinics, beauty, wellness, hospitality or other customer-facing industries are preferred. Interested candidate can share your CV to (phone hidden).
