Role & responsibilities

1. Center Operations - Manage smooth day to day Functions of the center, Ensure all operational activities run smoothly, Coordinate patient flow, appointments and treatment related support activities, Monitor Patient movement and overall service experience.
2. Team Management - Supervise Center staff including front office coordination, Pharmacist / support staff and other non clinical employees, Monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
3. Ensure patients and attendants receive professional and courteous service.
4. Administration and Facility Management.
5. Compliance and Documentation.
6. MIS & Reporting.

7. Coordination with HO
8. Business and Growth Support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate
- 3-10 Years experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Clinic / Diagnostic Center operations.
- Handled end to end Center / branch operations.
- Strong experience in Team Management.
- Robust Communication, interpersonal and problem solving Skills.
