We’re looking for an energetic Centre Director to lead our preschool and daycare centre and create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children, parents, and teachers.
--> Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the centre Lead, mentor, and manage teachers and support staff
Ensure high standards of child safety, care, hygiene & learning Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns
Drive admissions, parent engagement & centre growth Monitor academic delivery and classroom quality
Manage staff attendance, schedules, documentation & centre records Ensure smooth coordination with management and vendors
Plan and execute events,
celebrations and centre activities Ensure compliance with preschool/daycare policies and standards
--> What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in preschool/daycare/education management
Strong leadership and communication skills Good parent-handling and team-management abilities
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Passion for early childhood education
Candidates from Ghaziabad/nearby locations preferred- Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
