Company Description Dr. Reddy’s Foundation (DRF), established in 1996, is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving education, healthcare, livelihoods, and climate resilience for low-income communities across India. It has pioneered large-scale employability initiatives, strengthened school systems, upgraded primary health centers, and promoted climate-smart agriculture for farmers.

As of March 2025, DRF’s programs have directly benefited 1.9 million people, including children, youth, rural households, and persons with disabilities. DRF designs and delivers its programs in collaboration with governments, corporates, and civil society partners to ensure scale, sustainability, and measurable impact. Driven by technology, innovation, and strong partnerships, DRF aims to create lasting systemic change and build an equitable, sustainable, and resilient future.

Role Description The Center Associate will support the daily operations of DRF’s training and program center in Sarita Vihar. This full-time, on-site role includes greeting and guiding participants, maintaining attendance records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions and center activities.

Associate will assist trainers and program staff with learning materials, gather and enter data, and help prepare reports and documentation as required.



The role involves regular communication with participants, parents or guardians (where relevant), and local stakeholders to address queries, share updates, and encourage continued engagement.

Associate will also help maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized center environment aligned with DRF’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and basic documentation.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with youth, families, trainers, and local partners.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online collaboration tools) and comfort with learning new digital systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work within structured processes.
- Commitment to social impact, inclusion, and working with diverse communities.
- Prior experience in center operations, education, or community-based programs is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the 12th Pass or graduate level in any discipline; relevant experience may be considered.
- Average English and hindi, with clear written and spoken communication.
