Key Responsibilities

Cashier & Billing Duties

- Patient Billing: Generate invoices, test bills, and process payments for lab tests, scans, and health packages.

- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallet transactions accurately.

- Cash Management: Maintain the cash drawer, ensure correct change, and manage petty cash.

- Daily Reconciliation: Match total cash, card, and digital receipts with the billing system at the end of each shift.

- Refunds & Receipts: Issue official receipts, process authorized refunds, and handle corporate or insurance patient claims.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Duties

- Day-to-Day Entries: Record daily sales, expenses, and vendor payments in accounting software (such as Tally or similar ERP systems).

- Ledger Maintenance: Keep accurate cash books, bank books, and general ledgers up to date.

- Reconciliations:



Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify accounts receivable/payable.

- Financial Reporting: Assist management in preparing periodic sales reports, cash flow summaries, and expense statements.

- Audit Support: Organize financial vouchers, bills, and statements to support internal or external audits.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a cashier, billing, or accounting role (experience in a healthcare setting or diagnostic lab is a strong plus).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
