Key Responsibilities

- Patient Journey Management:

- Oversee and streamline each patient’s healthcare experience from initial intake through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

- Accompany patients to hospital appointments, diagnostic labs, and procedures to provide hands-on guidance and advocacy.

- Maintain frequent proactive communication to keep patients informed, reassured, and comfortable at every stage.

- Clinical & Hospital Coordination:

- Interface directly with doctors, lab technicians, and hospital administrators to expedite scheduling, tests, and medical reports.

- Troubleshoot operational delays between labs and healthcare facilities to keep patient schedules on track.

- Documentation & Operations:

- Maintain meticulous, structured patient records, medical histories, and service requests in real time.

- Ensure all operational steps align strictly with medical turnaround timelines and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Communication:



Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English; strong ability to simplify complex information for patients clearly and calmly.

- Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with basic medical terminology, diagnostic processes, and hospital procedures.

- Interpersonal Skills: A warm, patient-first demeanor with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.

- Mobility & Location: Based in Bengaluru with the willingness to travel locally across the city to clinics, labs, and hospitals.

- Organization: Robust multi-tasking skills with sharp attention to detail when managing records and scheduling logistics.
