Role Description The Career Advisory Associate Intern is a full-time, on-site role based at Reliance Animation Academy in Indore. The intern will support students and prospective learners with course guidance, career pathway discussions, and basic career counseling under the supervision of senior advisors. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group interactions, responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and assisting with admission-related processes.





The role involves maintaining student records, analyzing interests and skills to suggest suitable courses, and coordinating with faculty and placement teams on career development activities. The intern will also contribute to workshops, seminars, and events focused on career awareness, employability skills, and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and direct interactions.
- Understand students’ interests, goals and educational background.
- Present suitable courses, fees, career pathways and program benefits.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and support the admissions process.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Contribute toward achieving admission and engagement targets.
