About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile sales, customer handling, lead conversion, test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, online enquiries, and showroom visits.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, and accessories.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional sales support throughout the buying process.
- Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM/DMS system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration,



and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of new models, competitor products, market trends, and dealership offers.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales / car dealership / automotive retail sales.
- Experience in selling cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, or automotive products will be considered.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of automobile products and sales processes.
- Basic computer and CRM/DMS knowledge.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with experience in an authorized automobile dealership will be preferred.
