Hiring: Campus Recruiter – HR

Hike Education is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter – HR to join our growing HR team in Gurgaon.

Position: Campus Recruiter – HR

? Location: Gurgaon

? Experience: 1–2 Years

⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Salary: As per experience and interview performance

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.

Identify and connect with colleges, universities, placement cells, and institutes for hiring requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement teams and campus coordinators.

Plan and coordinate campus drives, recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, campus networks, referrals, and recruitment databases.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.





Support the HR team in meeting monthly hiring targets and recruitment requirements.

? What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Campus Recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Confident and comfortable interacting with students, colleges, placement teams, and internal stakeholders.

Presentable, energetic, and professional personality.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
