Role Description The Caller role at Aashirvad Enterprises is a contract position based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site work and work from home. The Caller will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share information about available machinery, gather requirements, and respond to inquiries.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, coordinating with the sales team, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings.



The role also involves basic data entry, confirming order details, and providing clear, courteous communication to ensure positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to interact confidently with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets or CRM tools for call tracking and data entry.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and accurate documentation of conversations.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including reliable internet access for work-from-home days.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with textile or machinery trading sectors is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Ability to communicate in clear English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.
