Job Summary The Cafe Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth workflow while maintaining high service and operational standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and prior experience in a hospitality or service-based environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
- Enter orders into the system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and service area
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation if required
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates from Kerala preferred
- Candidates from Kannur, Kasaragod, Kozhikode and Wayanad preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
