About the Role

Ignite Health Club is looking for an experienced and energetic Café Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our in-house café.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in café/F&B; operations, team management, inventory, customer service, sales, and cost control.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, Gym Trainer, Senior Fitness Trainer, or in a fitness/wellness environment, along with relevant café/F&B; management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day café operations.
- Supervise, train, and manage café staff.
- Handle staff scheduling and manpower requirements.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, stock levels, and vendors.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, wastage, and profitability.
- Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily reports.
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to defined standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Develop and improve the menu based on customer and fitness-member preferences.
- Coordinate with the gym/fitness team to understand members' food and beverage requirements.
- Control food costs and operational wastage.




- Build strong relationships with gym members and regular customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase café sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Café Management, Restaurant Management, F&B; Operations, QSR, or a similar role.
- Preference for candidates with gym/fitness industry experience.
- Candidates who have worked as a Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, Gym Trainer, Senior Trainer, or Club Manager will be preferred.
- Strong team-handling and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, costing, billing, and vendor management.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak hours.
- Understanding of healthy food, nutrition, fitness beverages, and wellness products will be an advantage.
