CADC Course CounsellorGIADA — Global Institute of Ayurvedic Dermatology & Aesthetics is looking for a confident, articulate and result-oriented CADC Course Counsellor to join our team in Noida Sector 44.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with doctors, understanding their career goals, explaining professional training programs and converting genuine enquiries into admissions.

About the RoleAs a CADC Course Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling and following up with aspiring BAMS and other AYUSH doctors who enquire about our CADC program.

You will work across inbound enquiries, existing leads, outbound follow-ups and referral/affiliate enquiries.

What You'll Do

- Handle CADC enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
- Counsel prospective students and understand their professional goals
- Clearly explain the CADC course, training structure, eligibility, fees and learning pathways
- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects
- Reconnect with leads from our existing CADC enquiry database
- Handle leads generated through Instagram, Facebook/Meta Ads and website forms
- Coordinate with leads referred through our CADC Affiliate Partner Program
- Maintain proper follow-up records and lead status
- Build strong professional relationships with prospective doctors
- Work towards converting qualified enquiries into CADC admissions
- Coordinate with the internal team during the registration and admission process

Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who has:
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions or sales
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Strong confidence while speaking on the phone




- Good sales and conversion ability
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to communicate professionally with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of BAMS / AYUSH or healthcare education will be highly valuable
- A professional, persuasive and approachable personality
- Ability to understand a prospect's requirements rather than simply pushing a course

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Sunday: Off

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
