Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD software for architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Create 3D models using SketchUp Pro to visualize design concepts and communicate with clients.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

- Develop accurate estimates of time required to complete tasks based on project scope and complexity.

- Provide technical support during site visits to resolve issues related to construction or installation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in CAD drafting (AutoCAD) with a focus on architecture or interior design.

- Proficiency in creating precise drawings from conceptualization through completion.

- Solid understanding of building codes and regulations; ability to apply knowledge effectively.

- Excellent communication skills; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
