We are hiring CAD RL Trainers to complete real design tasks remotely. Your finished work is used to train and evaluate artificial intelligence systems for design software. This is not a data entry or annotation job it is genuine CAD work, done in your own software, on your own schedule.

We have already onboarded over 1000 designers and paid out for more than 320000 hours of completed work.

What you will do

- Pick a design task from our task list and complete it in your own CAD software
- Record your working session using Fuji, our desktop application, while you design
- Deliver your native CAD files, plus exports, when the task is finished
- Each delivery is reviewed automatically, usually within a few minutes

There are no clients to manage, no revision cycles, no bidding for projects and no fixed shifts. You decide when and how much you work.

What we pay

- 75 per approved hour
- Performance bonus on top: 25% extra for an 8-hour day, 50% for a 10-hour day, 100% for a 12-hour day
- Payment by NEFT directly to your bank account, twice a month
- No minimum commitment and no upper limit on hours

Our most active trainers have earned over 13,000 in three weeks. Who we are looking for
- Working knowledge of at least one CAD package — AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or D5 Render
- Diploma, B.Tech, B.E. or B.Arch in Mechanical,



Civil, Electrical or Architecture, or an equivalent CAD certification
- Freelancers, working professionals wanting paid evening or weekend work, and final-year students are all welcome
- No prior experience with AI or data work is needed

Requirements
- A Windows computer with your CAD software already installed and licensed
- A maximum of two monitors connected while recording
- A secure internet connection for uploading your files
- Willingness to keep chat, video calls and social apps closed during a recorded session

Important, please read before applying
- All design work must be performed live while recording is on. Work completed beforehand and recorded afterwards is not accepted.
- Delivering pre-made, imported or third-party finished files as your own is never accepted.
- Payment is calculated on hours inside a delivered task. Remember to press Finish and Deliver at the end of every session.
