Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a CAD & Simulation Consultant | Engineering Design and Simulation – Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering to work on a full time basis. The role focuses on designing, solving, and reviewing simulation‑led engineering tasks that are used to train and evaluate advanced AI models. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, practical simulation expertise, and the ability to produce clear, reproducible engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop CAD models and perform simulation or analysis for aerospace, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Validate designs using industry‑standard tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, and MATLAB.
- Create realistic electrical engineering problem statements, simulation models, calculations, schematics, and supporting technical assets.
- Define inputs, assumptions, constraints, operating conditions, output metrics, and objective acceptance criteria for each simulation.
- Validate results through analytical checks and review peer submissions for technical correctness and completeness.
- Translate technical requirements into simulation models and structured workflows.
- Optimize designs based on simulation outcomes and performance targets.




- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to align simulation efforts with broader project goals.
- Document methodologies, processes, and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and repeatability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in CAD engineering and simulation tools, demonstrated through hands‑on project experience.
- Experience with aerospace, mechanical, or electrical design environments, including the ability to develop component‑level models.
- Ability to define and manage simulation parameters, constraints, and acceptance criteria in a systematic manner.
- Proven track record of validating simulation results with analytical methods and peer reviews.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate simulation insights into overall design strategies.
