Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an LLM C/ C++ Developer to work on a full time basis. The role focuses on evaluating and advancing large language models in systems programming, low-level optimization, and C/C++ software engineering. You will develop complex systems-level scenarios, test suites, and memory-safe implementations to train and benchmark AI coding assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct rigorous C/C++ programming benchmarks, memory management problems, and systems engineering challenges to evaluate LLMs.
- Analyze and validate model-generated C/C++ code for correctness, efficiency, memory safety (valgrind, AddressSanitizer), and standards compliance (C++17/C++20).
- Reproduce complex bugs and author verification test suites across popular open-source C/C++ libraries.
- Create detailed technical rubrics, step-by-step annotations, and synthetic training data for model fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with machine learning researchers to benchmark LLM capabilities on low-level systems programming.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C and C++ (modern C++14/17/20).
- Deep knowledge of manual memory management, pointers, multithreading, data structures, and computer architecture.
- Experience with build systems (CMake, Make) and debugging/profiling tools (GDB, Valgrind, ASan, Clang-Tidy).
- Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and containerized development workflows (Docker).
- Familiarity with large language model code generation, evaluation benchmarks, or AI coding tools is preferred.
