Buyer Associate

- Develop and execute buying plans aligned with sales forecasts and category strategies.
- Source products from existing and new vendors, negotiating pricing, MOQs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze sales data, stock levels, and sell-through to optimize assortments and minimize overstock or stock-outs.
- Work closely with Design, Planning, and Retail teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Track purchase orders, production schedules, and deliveries to meet launch timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Ensure all products meet brand quality, compliance, and margin requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Support seasonal reviews, range building, and category performance reporting.

Candidate Requirement

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in buying/sourcing.
- Candidates must have experience specifically in the Gold, Silver, Jewellery, or Luxury Fashion industry.
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
