Position: C++ Developer Automotive Infotainment

Job Summary:-
We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with solid expertise in Automotive Infotainment and Android-based systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and debugging software components for next-generation automotive infotainment platforms.
Experience with Android Automotive, Android Framework/Native development, Automotive HMI, and embedded C++ is highly preferred. Exposure to Instrument Cluster and QNX will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications and middleware for automotive infotainment systems.
- Develop and integrate software components on Android Automotive / Android-based infotainment platforms.
- Work with Android Native/C++ layers, Android Framework, HAL, AIDL/Binder, and system services.
- Develop and integrate infotainment features such as:
- Audio
- Media
- Bluetooth
- Phone
- Navigation
- Connectivity
- Vehicle settings
- HMI-related functionalities
- Analyze software requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with system architects, Android developers, HMI teams, and validation teams.
- Support software integration and troubleshooting across different automotive ECUs and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding and quality standards.
- Support development and integration in an Agile / Automotive SPICE environment.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong programming experience in C++.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, STL, memory management, multithreading, and IPC.
- Strong experience in Automotive Infotainment development.
- Hands-on experience with Android / Android Automotive.

- Experience in debugging using tools such as ADB, logcat, GDB, or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with QNX / QNX Neutrino.
- Experience with Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts.
- Experience with HMI development and vehicle-related applications.
- Exposure to VHAL, Vehicle HAL, Car Service, CarPropertyService, CarAudioService, and CarPowerService.
- Knowledge of ASPICE and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols and diagnostics.
- Exposure to Yocto, CMake, Linux build systems, or embedded build environments.
