Job Summary The role involves handling customer enquiries, generating and following up on leads, explaining fiber broadband and internet plans, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fiber broadband / internet plans.
- Explain plans, pricing, offers, installation process, and service benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sales closure.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for new connections.
- Update lead details, customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
- Maintain good customer relationships and support customer retention.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales,



Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and customer follow-ups efficiently.
