We’re Hiring: Business Solutions Specialist – Integrations | BSS Team

Experience: 3–4 Years

We are looking for a Business Solutions Specialist – Integrations with strong experience in integration design, API solutioning, HubSpot, and client-facing solutioning.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, independently analyse APIs, design reliable integrations between systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design one-way, bi-directional, real-time, webhook-based, and scheduled integrations across HubSpot, ERP, finance, and other business systems.
- Work with REST APIs, HTTP methods/status codes, webhooks, JSON/XML, CRUD operations, headers, query parameters, and request bodies.
- Handle authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Authentication, JWT, and Bearer Tokens.
- Independently read API documentation, authenticate APIs, retrieve data, and perform create/update operations using tools such as Postman.
- Define data mapping, transformation, validation, deduplication, external IDs, record-matching logic, and source-of-truth rules.
- Design solutions for pagination, rate limits, retries, timeouts, idempotency, conflict handling,



duplicate prevention, and circular-update prevention.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, reconciliation, alerts, and failed-record reprocessing.
- Use Make.com for integration implementation, including scenarios, webhooks, HTTP modules, routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, scheduling, and error handling.
- Design HubSpot solutions involving objects, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, automation, and external system integrations.
- Work across HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data/Operations capabilities.
- Conduct discovery sessions, understand As-Is and To-Be processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into integration logic and solution designs.
- Prepare solution architecture, process/data-flow diagrams, integration specifications, field mappings, business rules, testing, and technical handover documentation.
- Communicate confidently with clients, non-technical stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams.

Must-Have Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in integrations, solution design, or business systems.
- Robust hands-on experience in integration design and API solutioning.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data synchronisation, and integration reliability.
- Advanced practical experience with HubSpot solutioning and integrations.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Make.com for integration implementation.
- Relevant HubSpot certifications.
- Strong integration troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Strong business analysis, documentation, client communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently understand new APIs and design practical integration solutions.
