Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

- Own the execution of brand strategy for the India market in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Develop annual brand plans, including sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and launch plans.

Sales & Business Performance

- Own and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the brand.
- Pitch the brand and products to new and potential business partners, opening doors for recent relationships on behalf of the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, channel performance, and key-account growth.

Reporting & Analytics

- Work with the MIS team to finalize forecasts and purchase orders.
- Monitor brand performance using sales data, market share, and campaign metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal management and global partners.

Marketing & Communication

- Partner with the sales team to plan and execute ATL, BTL, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Drive demand generation among young mothers through relevant, insight-led campaigns.




- Track marketing spend and ROI to ensure effective budget utilization.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience & Skills

- 48 years of experience in brand management or business development; prior experience in baby care, personal care, or mother & child categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales-led business management and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working with international brands or principals is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Education

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
