Role Description The Business Head – NBFC will lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the NBFC business at sarainfotech. This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business plans, overseeing lending products and portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies.

The role involves managing P&L;, setting performance targets, and driving business development through new channels, partnerships, and customer segments.

The Business

Head will collaborate with credit, risk, operations, technology, and finance teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and implement digital initiatives. The position also requires building and mentoring high-performing teams, monitoring key performance indicators,



and presenting regular business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in NBFC or financial services leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy, P&L; management, and business growth.

- Deep understanding of lending products, credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.

- Proven ability to develop and execute business plans, including market analysis, product development, channel expansion, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, and finance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with strong proficiency in using data and metrics to drive outcomes.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder management, including regulators, partners, and internal leadership.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or risk are an advantage.

- Comfort with technology-driven financial services, digital platforms, and process automation; prior experience in tech-enabled lending is a plus.

- High level of integrity, compliance orientation, and commitment to responsible lending and customer protection.
