Role Description The Business Head Logistics will lead end-to-end logistics operations. This is not just a business development role. It is an entrepreneurial, high-ownership leadership role at the intersection of strategy, business building, enterprise sales, operations and P&L; ownership.

You will be responsible for:

? Building and executing the growth strategy for the Logistics business

? Acquiring and growing enterprise customers across industries

? Building strategic partnerships across the logistics & transportation ecosystem

? Defining operating models, pricing, SLAs and scalable processes

? Expanding into current cities, markets and customer segments

? Driving operational excellence, productivity and cost optimization

? Owning business KPIs, revenue, profitability and the P&L;

? Building long-term client relationships and leading critical commercial negotiation
