We are looking for a

Business Growth Manager to drive growth of the Supply Chain Finance business by identifying and onboarding new anchor companies and developing new business opportunities across target segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and onboard new anchor companies/corporates for Supply Chain Finance.

- Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective anchors.

- Establish relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury, Procurement Heads and Business Owners.

- Understand corporate requirements and position suitable Supply Chain Finance solutions.

- Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation, pitching and negotiation to onboarding and business activation.





- Leverage newly acquired anchors to expand business across their dealers, vendors, suppliers and distributors.

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.

- Achieve assigned business growth, anchor acquisition, disbursement and revenue targets.

- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and portfolio expansion within the acquired anchor ecosystem.

- Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify current growth opportunities.
