Role Summary The bridge between architecture and the business responsible for engaging value-stream stakeholders helping prioritise the 1–2 reference domains and translating business needs into concrete requirements for the gold-layer data products built during the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate value-stream/domain stakeholder workshops to surface data needs pain points and priority use cases.
- Support domain prioritisation for the 1–2 reference patterns based on business value and data readiness.
- Understanding of value-stream concepts as used in manufacturing especially having familiarity with industrial/engineering manufacturing operations with a company that makes braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles runs manufacturing quality/compliance supply chain aftermarket/spare parts engineering/R&D;
- Exposure to safety-critical or regulated manufacturing (rail automotive)
- Enough grasp of SAP-centric business processes (order-to-cash plant/material master service parts)




- Document functional requirements for the pilot gold data product(s) working alongside the Lead Architect.
- Capture and validate the domain-specific content of the reference architecture pattern deliverable.
- Assist in structuring the target operating model input from a value-stream (as opposed to platform) perspective.

Required Experience & Skills

- 4+ years as a business/data analyst on enterprise data or platform programmes ideally in an industrial/manufacturing or engineering context.
- Comfortable running stakeholder workshops with operational and business (not just IT) audiences.
- Experience translating business requirements into data-product specifications (entities granularity refresh needs consumers).

Certifications (preferred)

- CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification is a plus
