Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and individual learners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting and outreach, managing inbound inquiries, and presenting training programs and services to potential clients.





The specialist will collaborate with marketing and training teams to align offerings with market demand, support campaigns, and track performance metrics. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, providing high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.
