Role Description The Business Development Specialist Fresher (20K) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospective learners through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the sales team in follow-ups and conversions.





The specialist will collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to refine outreach strategies, provide feedback from prospects, and contribute to achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand learner and industry needs.
