Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a pipeline of target schools across India, prioritised by region, board, and fit.
- Reach out to principals, vice principals, career counsellors, activity heads, and coordinators through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and school visits.
- Pitch Fin Maverick boot camps clearly, covering format, curriculum, duration, outcomes, and commercials.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with school decision-makers, both online and in person.
- Convert interested schools into confirmed boot camp bookings and signed agreements.
- Follow up consistently with schools throughout the academic decision cycle.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams on scheduling, trainers, and logistics.
- Support on-ground execution on boot camp days wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records of schools, contacts, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Build long-term relationships so that schools repeat programmes each session.
- Collect feedback from schools and students and share it with the content and management teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for school meetings, bookings, and revenue.
- Represent Fin Maverick professionally at schools, education fairs, and industry events.
