- Develop partnerships and tie-ups with colleges and universities.
- Connect with college management, principals, and placement teams.
- Present and promote Agathen Learning’s programs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, meetings, and field visits.
- Manage the institutional tie-up process from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.

? Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce preferred.
- MBA graduates will be given preference.




- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for institutional meetings.
